Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from Hyde Park and Marble Arch, making it convenient for the event we attended. However, the rooms were disappointing, looking nothing like the photos with scruffy carpets and damp marks. The service was mixed, with friendly interactions but also some odd remarks made. The dining room was too small, offering limited options. The proximity to Oxford Street was a positive point, but noise from the street was a disturbance.
For a 1-night stay just 5 minutes from my office, the hotel was exactly what I needed. The rooms were very small and the shower room felt cramped, not like the photos at all, more suited for a short visit. The service was mostly friendly and helpful, although I couldn't get a cup of tea outside breakfast hours and faced some unwelcome questioning. The location was convenient, close to where I needed to be and within walking distance of key spots in West End. The dining options were limited but decent for a quick meal. Overall, good for a short stay with a few drawbacks.
The hotel is located in a great spot, just a block and a half from my destination. The rooms are in need of some refurbishment but offer a place to sleep and keep your belongings safe. The service from the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to assist me. The location is excellent, with Paddington, Oxford Street, and the tube within a short walk, surrounded by cafes and convenience stores. The dining experience was a bit lacking in variety but satisfactory overall for a weekend in London.
Staying at this hotel was an interesting experience. The rooms I had were small but had everything I needed. On the downside, they refused to refund my deposit.
